- To help drug addicts, ex-prisoners, triad members and problem youth to make thorough change in values, belief and behaviour through voluntary Christian residential rehabilitation programmes. - To facilitate rehabilitees, ex-prisoners, triad members and problem youth reintegrate into the community through our Christian rehabilitation programmes training including other support services (e.g. vocational training) - To offer aftercare services (e.g. continual monitoring and counselling) for drug rehabilitees.
