Gingko House aims to promote elderly employment by providing job opportunities for economically and psychologically disadvantaged seniors. Gingko House offers diverse business ventures, including restaurants, organic farms, food manufacturing, catering services, bakeries and senior employment intermediary services. Gingko House also engages in various charitable activities, such as distributing meals to the homeless, delivering festive food to elderlies living alone, hosting festive meals for marginalized communities, and organizing workshops.

銀杏館透過為經濟和心理上處於弱勢的長者提供工作機會來促進長者就業。銀杏館提供多元化的商業項目，包括餐廳、有機農場、食品製造、餐飲服務、麵包店及長者就業中介服務。銀杏館還參與各種慈善活動，如向無家者派發餐食、向獨居長者送遞節日食品、為邊緣社群舉辦節日聚餐，以及組織各種工作坊。
