BEHub aims to turn the Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship Development Fund (SIE Fund) to be a powerful force for alleviation of poverty and social exclusion on disadvantaged groups particularly ex-offenders, current/ex-drug abusers, youth-at-risk, people with mental illness and ethnic minorities to build up an inclusive and safe society in Hong Kong.
