你好，我叫Angel，正就讀香港大學文學學士一年級。 我對心理健康的事宜感興趣，並準備於二年級修讀心理學，希望能累積與不同人士相處的經驗，培養同理心和不同的知識來裝備自己在畢業後修讀心理學碩士。 我很喜歡接觸不同年齡層的人士，了解不同階層的想法和需要，因此我現正從事兼職情緒熱線接線員一職，提供情緒支援和轉介服務予來電者，大部分都是長者。另外正從事兼職小組中文補習導師，當中包括少許有SEN背景的小學生。我都附有耐心地教導學生和聆聽致電者的煩惱，並提供合切的服務。 除此之外，我也很喜歡學習，學習隨了明白不同事情的理論，最重要的是擴闊我的思維模式，令我有更全面的思考方式，因此我在處理事情時，都能以多角度考慮得失。 Hello, my name is Angel, and I am currently a first-year student of Bachelor of Arts at the University of Hong Kong. I am interested in matters related to mental health and plan to major in Psychology starting in my second year. My goal is to accumulate experience in interacting with different people, cultivate empathy, and gain diverse knowledge to prepare myself for pursuing a Master's degree in Psychology after graduation. I really engaging with people of different age groups and understanding their perspectives and needs from various backgrounds. Currently, I am working as a part-time emotional support hotline operator, providing emotional support and referral services primarily to callers. Additionally, I am also working as a part-time Chinese tutor, which includes some primary school students with special educational needs. In both roles, I patiently teach students and listen to the concerns of callers, providing attentive services. Furthermore, I have a passion for learning and acquiring theoretical knowledge in various subjects. This not only helps me understand different aspects of things but also broadens my thinking patterns, enabling me to approach situations from multiple perspectives.
