Esther L.

Hello I’m Esther. I’m originally from England and currently taking a career break in Hong Kong. I'm keen to use my skills to deliver impact to causes that I care about and find especially meaningful: youth/children, community, the underprivileged and/or in need, education, animals and the environment. I am a native English speaker and fluent in Cantonese with intermediate Mandarin. I feel most fulfilled knowing I may have had a small impact on someone's day, whether that is through offering small acts of kindness, providing relief in physical/manual labour or providing a listening ear. My corporate career in MNC and startups mean I am versatile across a number of skills involving HR/recruitment, coaching, strategic and business planning, project management and people relationships which I am eager to lend my skills to in a volunteering capacity. I'm savvy behind a computer and strong on my feet/physically nimble, and no task is too difficult! In my free time, I am currently training for my first half marathon and I enjoy cooking and board games :)
