Alvin brings commercial and regulatory expertise spanning corporate & asset finance, equity investments, mergers and acquisitions, and REIT and Business Trust management. He has held a number of senior management positions, including being Executive Director and CEO of Real Estate Investment Trusts (REIT) investing in retail, logistics, hospitality as well as an investment trust investing in shipping assets. Alvin started his career in corporate and investment banking. Prior to being CEO of the investments funds, Alvin was a member of the global management team of one of world’s leading logistic companies, responsible for financial management, strategic business planning and mergers and acquisitions. After gaining his postgraduate degrees at Massechusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in the US, Alvin has been based in London, Singapore, Shanghai and Hong Kong, covering diversified jurisdictions and regional markets, thus accumulated extensive cultural experiences.
