Hi :) I am Cecilia Xu, and have been working in the mobile internet industry for more than 15 years. Mainly working for Israel SaaS(Software as a service) companies. I was VP Sales GCR for AppsFlyer (Global No.1 Mobile attribution SaaS Platform from Israel). I established the team from scratch in China and gained over 80% market share in the GCR area. Then I joined Bidalgo ,a Marketing Intelligence SaaS Company from Israel and was in charge of the GCR market. Bidalgo was acquired by Unity. During my whole career, I believed in a philosophy of “helping is the new selling”. I attended IE Business School EMBA Program. The 15-month Global Executive MBA Program in IE gave me an international perspective by working with professors with different expertise and a cohort from 22 countries. The entrepreneurial approach and business innovation project were amazing and fulfilling. Now I decide to have an early retirement and explore more about how I can help in the world. I would like to do more volunteer work in HK since I now have a lot more free time when living in HK .
