I am a Senior Finance Manager and Project Manager in the Hospital Authority (HA). I have more than 27-year working experience on accounting and finance and IT. In addition to the finance operations, recently, I have been responsible for a number of system development and implementation projects in the Finance Division of the HA, including ERP development and Implementation, streamlining the working processes and so on.
