Coordinate and liaise with our partners for our upcoming fundraising event

Event Partnership Coordinator




  • Join us for a 30 minutes call to learn more about our upcoming fundraising event and our mission
  • [Example] Attend bi-weekly two hour meeting with the organising team [e.g. in our office in Causeway Bay / virtually] and report on the progress
  • [Example] Work with production company and venue to line up F&B partners
  • [Example] Volunteers who are available at least one day per week are preferred
  • [Enter other expectations you may have (e.g. Business Development and Partnership experience is preferred)]

[Example] You will be briefed by our team at the beginning and attend a bi-weekly meeting where we will check in and all share our progress with one another. Volunteers will work closely with the staff team to provide the essential support you need.


[Example] Our annual fundraiser is our biggest fundraising event for the year and we hope to raise $750,000. All funds raised will go to providing [e.g. food, shelter, employment opportunities and emotional support] for [e.g. people experiencing homelessness]. Your help is crucial for us in planning the event successfully and making this happen.
