I've an MBA and over 20 years professional experience delivering end to end business and digital transformations, as both a strategy consultant and as in-house lead for a number of multi-national organisations. I've been involved in the non-profit sector for over a decade, initially as a volunteer and advisor, and more recently working full time within NGOs after moving away from the corporate world. When I'm not working I love being outdoors and I'm at my happiest either on the trails or out paddling on the water.
