Amanda joined Time Auction in 2023 to lead the Co’asis Program. This program utilizes Time Auction's platform to foster NGO co-learning, co-creation, and co-development. Having a background in marketing and community development, Amanda is dedicated to amplifying the impact of NGOs through capacity building in the social sector. Before joining Time Auction, Amanda was responsible for the development and implementation of several capacity-building programmes. These included leadership development, management consultation workshops, symposium, regional landscape studies, and more. She also managed strategic partnerships and community engagement.
