Hi, I’m Jess Hulton, founder of The New Normal Hong Kong. I started this charity with almost no funding, just a belief in the power of peer support and a determination to make mental health conversations more accessible. Today, we have over 50 volunteers running free support groups, training programs, and community events—all built from the ground up with limited resources but a whole lot of passion. I know firsthand how tough it can be to run a non-profit while juggling everything else life throws at you. That’s why I’m offering these calls—to share what I’ve learned along the way, the mistakes I’ve made, and the strategies that helped us grow without big budgets or full-time staff. Whether you’re figuring out fundraising, volunteer management, or just how to keep going when things feel overwhelming, I’m here to offer real, practical advice.
