With 5 years of Learning and Development (L&D) experience, I worked with local and international organizations, helping them improve their L&D strategies and internal training facilitation with people development. I focus my training on management skills, customer service, communication, youth talent development, team building, etc.

I am also a Certified Professional Behavioural Analyst in DISC and Insights Discovery. I facilitate such personality assessments in different industries and schools. Motivated by developing talents, I am more than glad to offer advice for the NGO/SEs in their internal learning initiative design, facilitation or giving feedback to improve your learning / training sessions.
