個人簡介

Hi! I'm Hersha. I co-founded YAMA Foundation, based on an idea and a shoebox full of coins. I've since grown the non-profit into a thriving charity, tackling some key social issues facing our local community. I would love the opportunity to share my experience in building an organsiation from the ground up. I have a talent for taking what seems large and complicated and boiling it down to more simple steps.
