How can your team create more value than the sum of its parts? Highly effective teams are learning teams guided by a common purpose, clear priorities, well understood rules of engagement and are aligned on who their stakeholders are. 

In this Call, I will use an assessment instrument and team coaching techniques to:

• Ask your team members to score themselves on key elements that impact how they work together
• Provide an analysis and debrief of the results
• Clarify what is working for the team and what to focus on to achieve better teamwork and higher value creation.
