Being an individual passionate about social impact and motivated by the prospect of creating a positive change in the world, I have been building my career in social business that delivers meaningful impact. Right after graduating from University in 2017, I joined an ambitious start up, Fair Employment Agency, with a mission to end forced Labour of migrant workers by reinventing the recruitment industry. I was fortunate enough to be offered different opportunities to progress to support our mission in different capacities and now manage operations pioneering a 4- day work week in Hong Kong with 15+ local and overseas staff as the General Manager. Ever since 2020, I have been part of the FEA Management team, focusing on delivering exceptional result responding to changing markets and fostering a high performing team by instilling a culture of resilience and accountability to ensure continuity of our mission and social impact.
