Guy Bradley, Chief Executive of Swire Properties, joined the Swire group in 1987 and in his current capacity oversees the company’s overall management and strategic direction. Prior to joining Swire Properties, Guy took general management roles in Swire’s businesses all over the world, including Papua New Guinea, Japan, Hong Kong, Mainland China, the United States, Taiwan, Vietnam and the Middle East. He was Chief Representative of the Swire group in Vietnam between 1993 and1995. From 1996 to 2005, he was Director & General Manager of Swire Beverages Ltd., where he was responsible for beverage franchises in Greater China. Between 2005 and 2006, he took up the position of regional head of Middle East for Swire Pacific Ltd. Guy joined Swire Properties in 2006 and became a Director in 2008. Before taking up his role as Chief Executive, Guy was Chief Executive Officer – Mainland China, where he oversaw the implementation of the Company’s overall investment strategy, acquisition of development opportunities as well as management of projects in Mainland China. A Chartered Surveyor, Guy is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and The Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors. He graduated from the University of Oxford in 1987 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics, Philosophy and Economics and obtained a Master of Arts degree from the University of Oxford in 1991. Guy is married with two children.
