Frances Kang is the Project Director of Horizons Ventures. Horizons Ventures is a venture capital firm with a focus of disruptive technology; it has invested in some of the most successful startups globally. Frances helps companies get off the ground and scale globally; she has been active in technology startups in the Silicon Valley and Asia as founder, early employee, and investor. Frances received an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business, and has a BA from National Taiwan University.
