Ms. Jenny Chiu has joined New World Group since 2004, currently the Director - Human Resources of New World Development Company Limited. She is responsible for planning and driving full spectrum of strategic Human Resources direction, including talent acquisition and management, reward management, human resources partnering services, etc. Leading different youth development programmes, from innovative recruitment campaigns, to the actual recruitment of Management Trainees, Interns, and Entrepreneurs, Ms. Chiu also drives Human Resources to enhance employer branding, and infuse Human Resources to The Artisanal Movement, New World Group’s brand DNA.

Ms. Chiu was graduated from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. She is an Associate Member of The Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ACIS ACS ICSA). Ms. Chiu possess over 20 years’ experience in Human Resources and corporate management. Prior to joining New World Development, she had also taken up managerial role in renowned corporations in Information & Communications Technology (ICT) services and property development industries.
