Mr. Keith Wu took the management position in various listed companies and he has over 20 years of financial and accounting, human resources, information system and supply chain experience working in the retail, manufacturing, terminal operation, assurance and advisory audit service. He is currently working in Tsit Wing Group as the Executive Director and Group Chief Financial Officer. He gets involved in formulating corporate strategy for the growth and development of the Group, and organizing various business development projects. He also plays the role in ensuring the fullest communication with shareholders and promotes good corporate governance by closely reviewing the developments in corporate governance.
Besides, Mr. Wu is also appointed as Independent Non-executive Director of two listed companies: i) Fulum International Group which is a company listed in Hong Kong Stock Exchange (1443.HK). Fulum International Group is one of the largest Chinese cuisine restaurant chain groups in Hong Kong and China; ii) Hao Bai International is a company listed in the Growth Enterprise Market of Hong Kong Stock Exchange (8431.HK). Hao Bai International is a Hong Kong contractor specializing in the design, procurement and installation of water circulation systems such as swimming pools, fountains and water curtain walls. Mr. Wu holds a Bachelor degree of Accountancy from City University of Hong Kong and a Master degree in Corporate Governance from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He is a fellow member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, an Associate Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries as well as a fellow member and Certified Tax Adviser of The Taxation Institute of Hong Kong. In addition, Mr. Wu is the Deputy Secretary General of Hong Kong United Youth Association Limited, an executive committee member of Federation of Hong Kong Industries (Group 8 – food, beverages & tobacco), Vice President of Dongguan City Association of Enterprises with Foreign Investment, a member of the Hong Kong Chinese Importers’ & Exporters’ Association and he is now also a visiting lecturer at universities.
All volunteer hours must be completed from 4 June 2017 to 4 November 2017.
Dinner will be held at 7:15pm on 14 November 2017.
Cost per person is HK$250 to cover running cost of the program.
