Paul Choi is an executive director in the Human Capital Management (HCM) division of Goldman Sachs in Asia and the Head of Goldman Sachs University (GSU) and Talent Branding for Asia Pacific region. He joined the firm in May 2000 as an associate in the Investment Banking division to manage the divisional training team for Asia. In 2002, he moved to HCM to become the head of GSU for Asia Pacific. In addition to his leadership role in HCM, Paul has also been actively involved in providing training advice to the firm's key clients in Asia. He also chairs the LGBT Network Council for the firm in Asia Pacific.

Paul has over 25 years of international experience. Prior to joining Goldman Sachs, he worked at a number of multinational organizations including Accenture, JP Morgan and Industrial Bank of Japan in cities including Hong Kong, Shanghai, New York and London.
