Robert Hah is Managing Director with Accenture Strategy, the strategy consulting division of Accenture.
As the Products Group Strategy Lead for Greater China, Robert and his team work with leading clients across automotive, consumer goods, retail, hospitality, industrial equipment, infrastructure, and transportation, to define, evolve, and execute their business strategy. Robert is passionate about all things “new” and works collaboratively with his team to harness the power of disruptors (e.g. digital, data, emerging technology) to drive business success for clients. In addition to his strategy consulting leadership role, Robert serves as the Co-Lead for Accenture Hong Kong and is tasked with driving sustained growth across Accenture’s entire portfolio of businesses.
Apart from client facing roles, Robert chairs the People Committee for Accenture Strategy in Greater China. The committee overseas all aspects related to human capital, including hiring, developing, and retaining of strategy talents for Accenture in the region.
Prior to joining Accenture, Robert was Managing Partner with Monitor Deloitte, the strategy consulting practice of Deloitte. He also led the Consumer Business Consulting Practice for Deloitte across Greater China. He became one of the youngest individuals to be appointed Managing Partner at Deloitte Consulting across the Asia Pacific region.
Robert spent many years as a management consultant based in New York and Shanghai before moving back to Hong Kong. His work has provided him with opportunities to see the world through extended global assignments in many other locations such as Paris, Mexico City, Tokyo, and Jakarta.
Outside of work, Robert extends his passion for people development and mentorship through his work with various start-ups in Hong Kong. He provides pro-bono coaching to many Hong Kong based entrepreneurs to help them set up and operationalize their business. He also provides mentoring to underprivileged individuals such as new immigrants and people with disabilities.
Robert received his MBA in Strategy and Marketing from Cornell University and a BA in Economics and Sociology (Honors) from Northwestern University. He is fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. All volunteer hours must be completed during 1 January 2019 to 15 June 2019.
Cost per person is HK$150 (Full-time students aged 25 or below)/ HK$250 (General Participants) to support the running costs of our charity and our mission to make volunteerism mainstream.
