Born in Africa and raised in Hong Kong, Chris Michael Owen is a first-class graduate from International Academy of Film and Television (IAFT) Hong Kong and a Hong Kong-based young filmmaker.

Since 2014, he serves as both a cinematographer and a studio manager at Video Cha Cha. In 2017, he set up a YouTube channel named “WILD about HK” and shoot a documentary about Hong Kong’s wildlife, introducing Hong Kong’s unique natural habitat as well as the challenges of urban development and pollution problems faced by Hong Kong. The cameraperson is persistent and passionate in producing high-quality images in live scenarios, continue capturing Hong Kong’s wildlife in their natural habitats.
