Make Your Mark at a One Ten HIIT class. Specifically designed for young adults aged 14-22. Our high intensity interval training classes alternate intense bursts of activity with fixed periods of calmer movement, forcing your heart rate up and down for the most effective workout ever.

Our spinning instructors are also professionally trained life coaches, here to help you understand and let go of the stresses specific to young adult life, and empower you to experience true transformation.
Requirements
For students aged 14 - 22. All volunteer hours completed in the past 12 months count.
