Win is a veteran internet strategist and design expert with over 20 years of experience in UX and information architecture, strategy and creative solutions. Having read architecture in London, it was his passion for practical and usable design which drew him towards the limitless possibilities of the internet and led to the birth of DesignerCity. At DesignerCity, Win created the UK’s most successful e-Commerce website for multinational grocery giants Tesco. E-Commerce remains a key area of Win’s expertise having launched numerous successful e-Commerce platforms for major domestic and regional brands such as city’super.
In 2013, Designercity joined the WPP family after XM Asia Pacific acquired a majority stake in the agency. Two years later, Designercity linked up with other pioneering digital agencies to form a global agency known as Mirum. Today, Mirum Hong Kong is the Centre of Excellence of Technology and Innovation for Mirum’s global network of 46 offices and works with some of Hong Kong’s biggest brands including Chow Sang Sang, CLP, Hang Seng Bank and Ocean Park and global brands such as Qualcomm and Wynn Resorts.
Outside of Mirum, Win dedicates himself to promoting Hong Kong and nurturing the next generation of digital talent.
