What the volunteer will do

• Join us for a 1 hour call to learn more about our organization, an overview of our current process and any relevant info you require. We will also decide on a tentative timeline for the below milestones
• [Example] Milestone 1: Analyse the gathered information and conduct a thorough process review
• [Example] Milestone 2: Provide initial process assessment and recommendations for improvement (including clear goals and desired outcomes) — Discuss with our tema and hear our thoughts

What you should provide the volunteer
