What we need
- Join us for a 30 minutes call to learn more about our objective for the newsletter, target audience and our desired design style
- Design newsletter template which is convenient for us to quickly create on our own newsletters in the future
- Experience with email design and sending software is preferred
Background
Green Hour is an environmental protection group based in Hong Kong. We are working on building a monthly 'magazine' sharing articles, updates on our volunteering events etc. which we plan on promoting in a newsletter format via email.
What we have
Branding guidelines and various newsletter templates we would like to follow will be provided.
Why this is important
We wish to have an on-brand newsletter template which is easy for us to put in our programs, impact and stories. This can help us engage our donors and communicate our impact across.

Causes
What we do
Established in 2018, Green Hour aims to promote a sustainable lifestyle through education, events and campaigning. Having already organised multiple beach cleanups, 'plogs' as well as Hong Kong's first 'Plastic Attack', Green Hour has begun establishing itself in the area. More recently, Green hour has started its Bun Run initiative, rescuing surplus food items from being sent to landfill and distributing them, as well as other essentials, to those in need in the community. To date, Green Hour supports roughly 100 individuals on a weekly basis, with plans to expand over the coming months.
