Help take photos & an interview video at our event featuring an inspiring leader in HK!
Project Details
What we need
- Take photos of the featured guest, participants and their interaction at our event
- Record a short 5-min interview with the featured guest (Editing is not required)
- Share the photos and video with us on the next day so we could share with the featured guest and the participants
- We host events regularly and volunteer can choose which one they're available to help
- Transportation subsidy is available on a reimbursement basis (max HK$300 each event)
Background
We are a charity that encourages volunteerism with inspiring experiences. By volunteering 10 hours, one can join lunch/dinner with the iconic leaders. Since 2014, 85,000 volunteer hours have been raised featuring over 400 guests such as Allan Zeman, John Tsang, Sammi Cheng etc.
What we have
We'll provide a detailed list of deliverables and also photo albums of our previous events for reference. We can also provide a microphone for the interview.
Why this is important
Our organization is all about the community. The photos and videos are very important to show the casualness and intimacy of our events which could encourage more people to volunteer and learn. They will also be shared with the featured guests and the participants, on our social media channels and other promotional materials.
