What we need
- Join a briefing call to understand our CSR Community Partners structure
- Help research and brainstorm relevant organizations (e.g. professional associations, corporates) with skilled-talents
- Reach out and on-board them as our Community Partners, who will encourage their staff/community to volunteer with skills
- Experience working in Corporate Responsibility field is a plus
Background
92% of NGOs need skilled-volunteers but 83% couldn't find them - that's why we launched a skilled-volunteer matching platform (the one you're seeing now!) to help bridge the gap. As our volunteer opportunities are rapidly growing, we need more Community Partners to share these opportunities with the staff/communities to increase the skilled-volunteer base

Swire Trust Go-Givers Program aims to encourage skilled volunteers to support Swire Trust NGO partners in education, marine conservation, and arts.
From now until 2025, 10 outstanding volunteers will be selected annually as the “Swire Trust Go-Givers of the Year" with special and empowering rewards. 40 volunteers who contribute the highest number of hours annually will also be recognised! Time Auction is a charity that advocates volunteerism. We encourage volunteering with inspiring experiences, while connecting skilled-volunteers with NGOs. By volunteering at any nonprofits, one can earn unique access to their passions — from learning to cook from Michelin-starred chefs to dining with inspiring entrepreneurs. With our volunteer community, we also match professionals who want to volunteer their talent with nonprofits that need those skills. Over 100,000 volunteer hours have been contributed to date since 2014.
