What we need

• Experience in providing project coordination / administrative support to a dynamic team
• Passionate, strong sense of responsibility, positive attitude towards challenges, most importantly with a big heart to support LGBT Community
• Tasks may include coordinating schedules with different parties, taking minutes during meetings etc
• Proficient in full MS Suite, Photoshop and other photo editing software would be a plus
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Flexible to handle outdoor events if necessary

We are looking for passionate and dedicated volunteers to join us for a few marketing and event mandates coming up from April to July
