What we need

• Time commitment of 10 hours per week is only during peak times, normally it will be around 3-5 hours per week and you will be working as a team with other volunteers
• Propose and assist with ads management on social media platforms, and report the performance of paid channels to the team
• Collaborate with internal team and external vendors including production house, photographer, designer, singing team, and marketing team on the pre-production, scheduling and execution
• Proven experience in digital marketing, user acquisition and performance marketing
• 2 years relevant working experience in digital marketing, SEO, SEM with know how on Google Analytics, WebTrends
• Passionate, strong sense of responsibility, positive attitude towards challenges, most importantly with a big heart to support LGBT Community
