What we need

• Join a 30 mins briefing with our Marketing and Communications team
• The content creator should be able to grasp the key highlight of our event, consolidating the insights and learning through the webinar and create a draft summary
• Prepare all-rounded communications / promotional material for our events, including website content, flyer, email message and social media messages including Facebook, LinkedIn and WhatsApp
• Some basic knowledge of digital marketing and SEO
• Each volunteer will contribute individually

Background

Our organisation's goal is to provide free tools and resources that help people affected by the pandemic to re-discover who they are and what to do next in life and career. To support this, we curate many speaker events, industry expert sharings, and coaching sessions for our users. These events will be produced virtually and will be recorded for future learning purposes.

What we have

We will provide a detailed briefing on the scope and purpose of our events. Our Event Management team will coordinate the event schedule and liaise with speakers; we also have a professional designer to support graphic design. Our team of skilled volunteers will also take care of the rest of the event logistic.

Why this is important

(1) The professional will help us to present insightful stories and make an impact to the community, inspiring Hong Kong people being affected by the pandemic to move forward. (2) This role will motivate our volunteering speakers who give their time and efforts to share their knowledge and grow a positive learning/self-help community for the locals.
