What we need
- Join a 30 minute briefing call
- Analyse two data sets to cross compare pre-post data that explores the impact of physical exercise in nature and mental health (SPSS or other statistics software required)
- Write up a summary of the findings
Background
We have two data sets, which explore the impact of physical exercise in nature and mental health, which require analysis. Data was collected prior to a campaign period and after - we need help to analyse the pre-post data and cross compare them.

Why this is important
It will help us show how exercise can impact mental health and inform our future campaigns, programmes and resources.
