What we need
- Input and take attendance data for Love 21 classes on Excel / Google sheets every week
Background
At Love 21, we currently rely on manually taking and inputting attendance data for our classes and activities onto Google Sheets/Excel for further analysis. The data will be used by Love 21 staff to analyze the effectiveness of our programmes.
What we have
A briefing procedure will be given to volunteers, as well as access to backend data.
Why this is important
Love 21 relies on attendance data to make decisions on where we put our scarce resources. Having accurate and reliable data ensures that we can make correct and up-to-date decisions regarding our classes.
