What we need

• Join a class learning time on Fridays or Saturdays (6:30pm - 8:00pm)
• Interacting with the students and practice with them
• Be patient and teach them how to improve their Chinese language skills
• If you have any educational experiences, it would be ideal that you can also assist in improving and proposing the language curriculum

Background

We are assisting start-up Cantolearn in launching a trial program for learning Cantonese and Mandarin to ethnic minority participants by recruting language tutors for them.

What we have

zoom online class and orientation about the ethnic minority community, trial of the timebank platform to see how their contribution can be recorded

Capacity building service for ethnic minority community members to overcome the language barrier through mentoring and incubating start-up Cantolearn
