Workshop Coordinator and Facilitator

Help us coordinate our monthly workshops with local craftsmen and designers, and facilitate the workshops on the day!

What we need

  • Liaise with local craftsmen and designers, with contacts provided by HKCRAFTS team
  • Project management based on the timeline and budget
  • Material preparations for the workshops with HKCRAFTS team
  • Assisting craftsmen/designers to moderate and facilitate the workshop on the day


At HKCRAFTS, we believe crafts can connect generations. We promotion of local culture and heritage through our innovative and collaborative traditional crafts x modern design workshops. In the past, we have organised LED neon light x Feng Shui design workshops, LED neon light x food design workshops. And we have birdcage making x floral arrangement workshops and many more coming up!

Guidelines and details will be provided to you, and you will work closely with our Project Manager.

Why this is important

This will help our small team in launching more crafts workshops to the general public, whilst promoting crafts in an interesting way!
