What we need
- Join a 1 hour briefing on our existing Salesforce (functions, fields, rules, linkage)
- Review and debug our existing Salesforce infrastructure (mainly as a database now)
Background
We are now using Salesforce as our database tool, but it was set up a while ago and some functions are obsolete that affects our workflow. We need a consultant to help review and debug the logic of our current system.
What we have
Existing Salesforce structure will be provided.
Why this is important
It can make A Drop of Life work more effective and efficient so that we can save more time on working and use more time on helping people.

Location
ADOL Office, Tsim Sha Tsui (Due to data privacy concerns, we would need the volunteer to visit our office to access the system. We could possibly stay after work or on weekends)

What we do
Established in 1998, A Drop of Life is a Hong Kong registered NGO that strives to ensure the access to clean water and sanitation a reality for everyone. We work according to our mandate of “passing our love and working for love”. It is our strong belief that access to clean water should be the basic right for everyone’s survival, and is also the key solution to issues such as high school dropout rate and poverty. At the same time, A Drop of Life is actively involved in formulating plans for poverty alleviation, disaster relief, and school rebuild etc. We aim to give hope to those in need from life to livelihood. In Hong Kong, we show our love and concern for underprivileged groups by organizing charity visits and goodie bag distribution events.
