Help us write three policies: 1) Child Protection; 2) Volunteer; 3) Privacy. We are looking for 3 consultants to write 1 policy each, though our preference is for 1 consultant to write all 3 policies.

- Preliminary call with founder of WISE HK to understand the context
- Draft, review and write policy for WISE HK to use for Programs, Activities and Operations
- Call to WISE HK team to understand how to "apply" or implement the policy so the whole team is aligned
Background
WISE HK has engaged in coaching young people (especially teenage girls) sports, via our own team members and with the help of volunteer coaches. We want to enhance our child protection and volunteer management policies to ensure a safe sporting environment
Why this is important
It's crucial to us to provide a safe environment for all to play sports in. The policies will help us provide some guidelines to all WISE HK team members and our volunteers (including coaches and mentors) and set some basic standards for codes of conduct and practices.
