What we need

• Help us direct and film the demonstration video of a creative arts board-game designed by our team of therapists
• Film the game demonstration with your own equipment
• Edit into a 5–10-minute video
• Schedule and working hours are flexible and subject to discussion
• The video is to be completed by 14th June 2025
• Meetings will be arranged to discuss productions need, expectation and progress
• You can be one-man production or a filming crew
• Filming location can be in our office or other suggested places

Background

The Sovereign Art Foundation (SAF) is recruiting volunteers to support our annual charity event. SAF is a charity founded in 2003 that uses the therapeutic power of expressive arts to support wellbeing and positive change in vulnerable children. Our flagship programme, Make It Better, is led by a professional team of Art Therapists and Facilitators, and combines expressive arts workshops for children with special educational needs with support for their caregivers and educators.

What we have

We will have a meeting with the volunteer to discuss the filming arrangement. It is to be discussed depends on the need of the volunteer. We have clip mic and relevant graphics for use. We are more than happy to credit our volunteer and support his/her needs during the collaboration.

Why this is important

The video will be showcased in YouTube. The creative arts boardgame is one of our initiatives of our Make It Better. This programme combines expressive arts therapy for underprivileged children with special educational needs in Hong Kong, as well as their caregivers and educators supporting this community. This boardgame serves as our wishes to sustain the positive impact of arts and creativity to our beneficiaries.
