What we need

• Join a 30 minute meeting to learn about our existing website and what work we've attempted so far, and discuss how to redesign our website
• Review our work on the content we've drafted (in Wix) and help to format it and make it modern and impactful
• Propose any additional changes to the format and website design and then if we agree, implement them
• Hold some short review calls with our management during the project to review, before we go live with the new website

Background

Prisoners' Friends' Association is a Hong Kong NGO that supports prisoners in Hong Kong who have no family or friends to visit them. We are a small NGO and don't have any paid staff. Our website is old and needs updating to make it modern and fresh.. we worked to write the content but need help to finish the design on Wix. This will help us to publicise our work and attract volunteers and funding.

What we have

We wrote new content and moved it into Wix, and we have our old website as a reference point. We will also make our Executive Committee members available to give guidance and feedback.

Why this is important

Our website is where we can point potential new volunteers and supporters to see our mission and our work. We really want to look professional but also have a website that reflects our care and passion for the work we do. We've been trying to do this work ourselves for a while and failed.. we will be so grateful for your help.
