Assist pop-up store merchandise operations at the Nutcracker Ballet Show
Project Details
What we need
- Manage the inventory and resolve store keeping issues
- Answer customer enquiries and help fill our order forms
- Pack orders for customers, help set up and wrap up the pop up shop booth
- Volunteers aged 15 or up (under 18 years old required with parental permission) with event experience, speak fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin preferred
- Volunteer sessions are 4 hours each, please indicate your availability when applying
- Dress code: Black casual attire (no large logo/ graphic), no high heels/ flip flops for easy to move around
- Special recruiting arrangement: Required to fill in questionnaires

This December, Septime Webre's heartwarming The Nutcracker returns to bring festive cheer in a wonderous celebration of early 20th century Hong Kong's history, characters and natural beauty. This much-anticipated annual extravaganza begins at a lively Christmas Eve party in a gilded mansion where young Clara receives a very unique Nutcracker as a gift.With scores of glittering costumes and extraordinary sets, this wondrous world finds Clara and her brother Fritz on a magical coming-of-age adventure with the Nutcracker Prince, battling the evil Rat King and his army, meeting a host of lively characters and encountering a kaleidoscope of Hong Kong's colourful peacocks, lush cockatoos, energetic racing jockeys, and blossoming bauhinias. You'll be enchanted by the splendour and spectacle of this endearing Hong Kong classic as you celebrate the joy of the holidays with your loved ones!
What we have
Great opportunity to involve our show operation and earn valuable experience. A 30-minute introduction about Sugar Plum operations will be included in volunteering time.

About Hong Kong Ballet One of Asia’s premier ballet companies, Hong Kong Ballet (HKB) is internationally recognized as a top institution that represents Hong Kong’s unique character.
