What we need

• We are looking for 16 volunteers to help with our gala dinner, supporting us as table concierges, helping with raffle tickets, adoptions, and other programs
• Meet us at our office on 23 Nov 2-3pm to have a briefing meeting
• Join us from 5-11pm on 24 Nov for the event and offer on-site support (Please join us at 3pm if you cannot join the briefing session on 23 Nov)

Background

The Elephant Foundation Gala Dinner 2023 - Our event will feature an inspirational keynote speech by Colin Dawson, Founder and Chairman of The Elephant Foundation. Highlights of our wildlife conservation partners on the ground in Africa, and our very own Maasai Warrior guest Daniel Ole Sambu. An auction with enticing prizes, delectable food, and live entertainment supports wildlife conservation of endangered species here in Hong Kong and Africa.

Why this is important

The Gala dinner is our main project of the year and a source of funds to support our partner organisations and our admin expenses. Besides this, it's a main platform and highlight of our elephant week, where we educate and raise awareness about the illegal wildlife trade. With your help, we will be able to achieve this.
