What we need

• Join us for a 30 min briefing call to learn more about our organisation and marketing objectives
• Take photos of our recycled paper, seed paper, pressed flower bookmarks, and packaging
• Edit and deliver ~30-40 high-resolution, promotion-ready product photos/ lifestyle images
• Provide final photos in formats suitable for use across website, posters, and promotional materials
• Collaborate with our co-founders to align visuals with the brand’s tone and story
• Collect Stirring Paper products for shooting in person in Hong Kong
• Style and shoot a mix of flat lays, lifestyle scenes, and close-up texture shots

Background

Stirring Paper is a creative eco-brand specializing in handmade recycled paper, seed paper, and sustainable workshops for schools, families, and organizations. in 2025, we are refreshing our visual identity and marketing materials. High-quality product photography is essential to help us communicate our values of sustainability, craftsmanship, and creativity to new audiences.

What we have

• A curated collection of handmade paper products (available for pickup in the Hong Kong) • Sample references, moodboard, and visual direction • Creative briefing outlining the types of shots we need (e.g., flat lays, lifestyle shots, workshop tools, product close-ups) • Ongoing support from our team for feedback and coordination • Photo usage guidelines and logo assets if needed

Why this is important

This project will provide us with a strong visual foundation for use in our website, workshop proposals, print materials, and public presentations. Professionally styled product images will help us better connect with potential school and corporate partners, improve our credibility, and expand our reach within the eco-education and creative markets.
