Project Details

What we need
  • Join us for a 30 minutes call to learn more about our organisation and our fundraising progress
  • Join weekly calls with our team to update on the progress of outreaching to major donors
  • Research and Identify Opportunities - Grant Research: Investigate potential funding sources, including grants, foundations, and corporate sponsorships that align with the organization's mission
  • Collaborate with Team Members - Team Meetings: Participate in discussions with team members to brainstorm ideas and strategies for the proposal
  • Drafting the Proposal - Help create a clear outline of the proposal, including objectives, activities, budget, and evaluation methods
  • Writing: Assist in writing sections of the proposal, ensuring clarity and alignment with the funding source's goals
  • Budget Preparation/Financial Planning: Collaborate with finance team members to prepare a detailed budget that accurately reflects the project's needs
  • Outcome Monitoring: Assist in developing metrics to evaluate the success of the funded project
  • Reporting: Help prepare reports for funders, detailing how the funds were used and the outcomes achieved

Why this is important

In the long run, we would love to explore a variety of revenue streams to diversify our income, generating more stable resources for self sustainability and to not solely rely on public funding.
