  • Facilitate group discussions within small groups
  • Ensure that everyone feels comfortable participating and expressing their ideas
Background

Kids4Kids envisions a future where every young person is empowered to become a changemaker, grounded in the belief you are never too young to change the world. We are seeking enthusiastic volunteers to assist with our Power Your Future (PYF) workshops! In this role, you will support low-resource secondary school students as they engage in hands-on activities and facilitate small group discussions. Power Your Future allows youth to discover their strengths and unlock their potential. Through interactive activities, participants will build confidence and emotional intelligence, equipping them to collaboratively address community issues in Hong Kong.

What we have

A volunteer training session will be held one week before the workshop, with the date to be confirmed. Additionally, a briefing session will take place 30 minutes prior to the workshop.

Why this is important

Providing opportunities for low-resource students to develop self-awareness of their strengths and weaknesses, enhance their emotional literacy and communication skills, and tackle social issues with resilience and problem-solving abilities.
