Project Details
What we need
- Advise the UX/UI design and workflow of our website by working closely with our full time team (No programming required)
- Review and suggest ways to improve current systems and file storage/management with Microsoft Azure (optional but preferred)
- Keep the team updated with market trends & any legal requirements to be aware of
- You will be delegated various tasks depending on your availability and your level of skills
Background
We are recruiting responsible individuals to join our Volunteer Consultancy Team (VCT), which will will help ensure smooth delivery and assist in evaluation of our current programmes, assist in effective communication of Foundation’s brand and positioning as well as suggest and bring forth new innovative ideas to future programmes.
What we have
Full-time team will keep constantly communication by WhatsApp group; Current and past resources will be shared for references.
Why this is important
We are ideally looking for an IT consultant who can advise us in 1) website development and management; 2) systems integration, file management and storage; 3) suggesting useful tools and software/hardware upgrades beneficial to our operations.

凝動香港體育基金是根據《稅務條例》第88條獲豁免繳稅的慈善團體，於 2012 年成立，一直秉承「以體育造就青年」的願景。我們的使命是為基層或有特殊教育需要的兒童及青年提供平等的體育培訓機會，同時透過體育宣揚性別平等、社會共融及健康生活理念。本會通過全港或地區體育培訓項目，以及公眾教育來實踐使命。過去十年，凝動為超過15,000位學員提供不少於510,000小時的專業體育培訓，而公眾教育活動則有超過26,000人次參與。 InspiringHK Sports Foundation is a local charity established in 2012, with a vision of developing better youths through sports. Our mission is to provide equal sports training opportunities for underprivileged children, youths, and those with special educational needs, at the same time promote gender equality, social inclusion and healthy lifestyle. We carry out our mission through district-based and territory-wide sports programmes and public education activities. Over the past decade, IHKSports has provided services to over 15,000 beneficiaries with more than 510,000 hours of professional sports training and a total attendance of over 26,000 at our public education activities.
