What we need

• A passionate volunteer designer to help us create visual content templates as part of our branding guidelines for Social media posts, Event posters and Website content
• The organizing committee will determine the number of templates needed each week based on the designer's capacity
• Volunteers may use any design software of their choice to create templates, provided the output meets professional print standards. A Canva account can be provided upon request if needed.

Background

PyCon Hong Kong (PyCon HK) is the leading Python conference in Hong Kong, bringing together Python enthusiasts to share their insights and foster collaboration. Among the 50+ PyCons hosted annually in various cities and countries worldwide, PyCon HK is proud to be one of them. We are in need of visual designs for our social media and website, these designs will also be crucial for our upcoming events promotions.

What we have

We can provide a Canva account for the volunteer. We also have basic branding guidelines from an experienced designer, websites of similar conferences, and previous content for your reference.

Why this is important

The key visuals and templates will be used for all future promotional materials, allowing us to further communicate our mission to the general public. Your work will be showcased to the global PyCon community, reaching audiences and inspiring peers across countries worldwide.
