What we need

• Assist with promotional activities (social media posts, email campaigns, and creating marketing materials) 協助推廣活動 (包括社交媒體發文、電郵宣傳活動及製作宣傳品)
• Provide video and photo coverage at different indoor and outdoor campaigns and programs 在室內和戶外不同的活動及項目中提供影片和照片拍攝服務
• Edit short videos for promotional and social media use 剪輯用於宣傳和社交媒體的短片
• Reach out to schools and corporates via emails and follow up phone calls to share information about our events and campaigns 透過電郵及後續電話聯繫學校和企業，分享有關我們活動及宣傳活動的信息
• Support logistics of Flag Day, corporate engagement programs and sponsorship packages sales, including: materials preparation and distribution, Volunteer management, venue booking, venue set up etc. 支援賣旗日、企業合作計劃和贊助方案銷售的後勤工作，包括：物資準備與派發、志工管理、場地預訂、場地佈置等
• Assist in idea generation and creativity to make events more attractive 協助發揮創意，使活動更具吸引力
• Attend events and assist with on-site operations 出席活動並協助現場營運
• Preferred proficiency in design software such as Canva and Photoshop, and video editing tools 優先考慮熟練使用設計軟件 (如 Canva 和 Photoshop) 及影片編輯工具
• Remote work is possible for some tasks 部分工作可在家遠程進行
• On-site support is needed at our office during Monday – Friday: 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM or / and 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM 需在以下時間到我們辦公室提供現場支援：星期一至星期五：上午10:00 - 下午1:00 或 / 及 下午2:00 - 下午6:00
• Honorarium of HK$1,000 will be provided upon completion of service (minimum 250 service hours required from June to August 2025, otherwise no honorarium will be given) 完成服務後將提供港幣1,000元津貼（須於2025年6月至8月期間完成最少250小時服務，否則不會發放津貼）

We are seeking a motivated and organized Events Intern or volunteers to assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of a wide range of events, including fundraising campaigns, corporate engagement programs and sponsorship packages sales. What we have

Volunteer will work with Harmony House Fundraising team and provide support and guideline by team leader 義工將與和諧之家籌款團隊合作，並由團隊負責人提供支持和指導。

Why this is important

All the fundraising events will provide vital support for women, men, and children affected by domestic violence. This includes funding for their daily needs, community education programs, and ensuring Harmony House can continue its diverse range of services for families impacted by domestic violence.所有的籌款活動將為一班遭受家庭暴力的婦女、男士及小朋友，籌集日後支援他們日常生活的經費 及 各項社區教育推廣的服務, 並保持和諧之家能持續提供多元的支援服務予受家暴影響的家庭。
