What we need
- Career Advisors can choose to conduct one-on-one consultations (45 mins - 1 hour), speak at career talks at schools or NGOs, or host various themed workshops on our platform to share their industry knowledge, career experience and practical skills (e.g. resume writing or interview skills) with working youth
- Career Advisors are also welcomed to contribute posts / articles on specific topics for posting on our website and social media platforms
Background
“Jockey Club Golden Age Journey Project – Happy-Maker 360” is an innovative project that aims to spearhead cross-generational integration, using young-old’s wealth of experience in management, leadership, industry knowledge and connection to support the young people’s career development amidst the rapidly changing job environment. On the other hand, the young-old advisors can also achieve self-fulfilment to connect with the young generation and contribute to society.
What we have
We will help match young people with career advisors of suitable background to arrange one-on-one consultations conducted either by phone or face-to-face.

What we do
HRCA is an approved charitable institution in Hong Kong set up in 2015 with a dedicated online digital platform mainly targeting young-olds aged 45+ and the working youth and providing re-employment service and career advisory service, respectively. Our platform provides profile accreditation services and job matching services for the young-olds seeking job opportunities, so as to develop their second career. On the other hand, we aim to foster the interactions between the young-old and the youth, the young-olds can pass on their rich experiences and networks to young people via our platform and project, providing them with valuable advices in relation to their career path, knowledge of industry and professional development.
