What we need

• Conduct 15-30 mins face-to-face recruitment interviews for training program applicants
• Leverage your knowledge in HR interviewing skill to identify applicants with the right mentality to join
• Share feedback to the project team based on evaluation form provided
• Volunteers who have experience in the eldercare industry or a passion to bring in compassion value to eldercare in our community would be very helpful

Background

Generation Hong Kong is constantly providing education to employment services to different underserved populations in HK. The Guardians of the Silver Age project aims to redefine care and foster a compassionate eldercare ecosystem in Hong Kong. The program covers training , job matching, career mentorship, etc. It centers not only on the technical proficiency of the learners upon graduation, but also on their mindset and mentality in serving elderly with empathy and a compassion heart. In order to identify the like-minded applicants to become Guardians of the Sliver Age, we are now recruiting skilled volunteers to help conduct recruitment interviews.

This role is essential in helping to build a community of like-minded people and initiate a transformational force in the eldercare landscape. With that, we could help safe-guard the dignity of elderly in their final stage through manifestation of compassion-based service.
